Directions/Parking: The BCTEA is south of Highway 183 (Airport Freeway) and is behind the HEB ISD Administration building.

Replacing the Tech Ed Center

On May 14, 2011, voters approved a bond package that included a new Career & Technology Education Center. This became BCTEA, which replaced the old Technical Education Center in the summer of 2014.
